TD's Network Installation (NI)group is a fee based auxiliary group that provides installation and troubleshooting services to Rutgers University. NI works with university departments on moves, adds, and changes to the current cabling infrastructure, as well as new installations. This group also works with the Project Management Office on larger cabling projects. Any requests for new installation or repairs on existing cabling infrastructure can be made to the helpdesk, and they will be forwarded to the Network Installation group, and an estimate will be prepared for the customer.
